Shipping Policy

Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you receive a damaged or missing order, please contact us immediately. we need to take photos or videos, our customer service will handle it as soon as possible.
We do not accept claims or refunds for products that are damaged by human factors.
